OTA Upgrade

The Qtenboard 9679 interactive whiteboard supports multiple upgrade methods, including online OTA, USB firmware updates, and APK push upgrades.

Regular Upgrade

OTA Online Upgrade: The device supports firmware updates directly via the internet.

USB Firmware Upgrade: Upgrade firmware using a U-disk.

APK Push Upgrade: Install and update applications via online APK push.

USB / ZIP Firmware Upgrade

Preparation

Place the firmware file in the U-disk/update/ directory.

U-disk format: FAT32.

ES9679 Firmware

File naming: YS-EMEETING-ES9679-14.zip / YS-EMEETING-ES9679-14.bin

ZIP Upgrade:

Insert the U-disk into the mainboard USB 3.0 port or front USB port.

Tap USB Update, the device will detect the upgrade file.

Click Update and wait for the upgrade to complete.

BIN Upgrade:

Insert the U-disk into the mainboard USB 3.0 port or front USB port.

Power off the device and long-press the Power button, or long-press Power and tap Restart in the shutdown popup.

Continue holding Power until the upgrade interface appears, then release and wait for the process to complete.

EM3576 / ES3576 Firmware

File naming: YS-EMEETING-EM3576-14.zip / YS-EMEETING-EM3576-14.img

ZIP / IMG Software Upgrade:

Insert the U-disk into the mainboard Android USB 3.0 port.

Tap USB Update, the device will detect the firmware file.

Click Update and wait for the upgrade to complete.

IMG Button Upgrade:

Insert the U-disk into the mainboard Android USB 3.0 port.

Power on the device and long-press the Power button until entering upgrade mode.

Release the Power button and wait for the upgrade to complete.

Note: The same procedure applies for both EM3576 VəES3576 devices for ZIP / IMG upgrades.
